📦 Order Processing

All orders placed on https://liftdaily.com are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM (CET) will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

We currently ship throughout the Netherlands and selected European countries.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands):

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping (Selected EU Countries):

  • Standard International Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express International Shipping: 2–4 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or other carrier-related delays.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website or through your Lift Daily account dashboard.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our customer care team will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you get your order or a replacement.
