At Lift Daily, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Items must be returned at the customer's expense.
Please note, we do not charge any restocking fees.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive return instructions including the return shipping address. Please ensure your item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lift Daily is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your return is not approved (due to signs of use, missing packaging, etc.), we will notify you and can ship the item back to you at your expense.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances. Please check product listings carefully before completing your purchase.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details at thizissteven@yahoo.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
