1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging, including tags, boxes, or seals if applicable.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., supplements, foods)

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at thizissteven@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  • Then contact your bank

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at thizissteven@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
